Quality and Certificates
Our activities, like many other industries, are now based on many European Directives (Safety and Environmental) and International Directives (ISO - Quality and Environmental). The reference to SAFETY Regulations, to which our product range complies, is the Regulation CE 89/382 stating that; all products in question are CE marked with Technical File consultable on request and are dispatched with an Instruction manual in the users own language. Moreover, are specific Safety Regulations that are the EN 1953, relative to the Paint Spray Guns, and the EN 12626 relative to the Pressure Pump Systems. These Regulations are available for consultation or can be bought through UNI.
In the case of ENVIRONMENTAL Regulations the question is more complex, since the CE (13/99) law has just been issued and is still in an evolution phase. With regards to the atomisers, the new En 13966 - Transfer Efficiency Measurement - is of fundamental importance: it offers a complete and systematical measurement method, able to perceive the efficiency level of an atomiser.
As for the QUALITY Directive (ISO 9000), ANEST IWATA has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in Japan and the ISO 9002 for Anest Iwata Italia s.r.l. and Anest Iwata Europe s.r.l.. Our company philosophy foresees to put at the disposal of our distributors and users, all the information they may need, for the product utilisation, environmental protection and safeguarding of the operators. For this reason we offer the following general view of Auto-certification (Machinery Directive) or Certification obtained by Independent bodies (Quality System Certification; Transfer Efficiency Certification): to enable you to get all the answers necessary to use our products in the best way and to make your work safer.
